Return/Replacement Policy
There is a service/repair charge for items returned after 30 days of purchase.
A restacking fee of 15% will be applied for returns after 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA#). The RMA number may be obtained by contacting ROSHI Corp. either via e-mail or by calling our office. We will provide you with return instructions.
1. ROSHI Corporation is not responsible for any packages sent back without a RMA#.
2. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping.
3. We recommend sending any return items to ROSHI Corp. via a traceable source.
4. Please insure your return packages for any package losses or any damages in shipping. ROSHI Corporation is not responsible for any damages incurred in shipping.
5. Please legibly write the RMA# on the outside of the returned package.
6. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. ROSHI Corporation cannot accept returns on any consumable products, battery, or chargers.
8. All returned items must be in excellent condition.
9. Please allow 2-3 weeks for credit to appear.
